“Very helpful staff, gent took my items into a changing room whilst l continued to pick other items. No rush, left to browse. Changing rooms were large, clean & had plenty of mirrors. As l had several items they were taken to the till for me as l looked over the shoe section. When l had finished l arrived at the till & told my earlier items had already been popped into the system so l didn't had to wait whilst this was done, great way of doing things. The location is good and accessible. Lots of seasonal decorations like Christmas and Halloween are already in stock and I wanted so many of them.”

“Visited today with my four week old son. As I walked in to the store I noticed my son looked a little unwell. Clearly seeing my worry, a lovely member of staff came straight over and asked if we were ok; I told him my son looked a little unwell and he insisted I make myself comfortable in the changing room if he needs a feed, change etc. and take my time. It really put me at ease and comfortable and gave me the time I needed on one of my first trips out with him. I was able to soothe my son and get on with my shopping.The staff were super helpful and were able to find that the item I wanted wasn’t in store, but did an in store purchase to be delivered to my home for me. “I do like this M&S branch. Traditional city centre store on four floors. It's been in this building more or less forever - certainly remember going with my mum in the 70s. Being spread over four floors can make it a bit of a chore getting around but at least it makes exploring the shop more interesting then some bland out of town warehouse (looking at you M&S Fosse Park). Has a good sized cafe area on the first floor and large food hall in the basement. Hope this doesn't end up being another city centre store M&S decides to dump.”
