Went in to get a bottle of water, as i was paying the young man working there asked me if i wanted some chocolate that was randomly scattered on the counter. I just said no thanks. Every now and then, exceptional service surprises us and WHSmith in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital managed just that on Saturday 13-Aug.We arrived at the store at 4pm, to find it was closing for the manager's break...the shutters were down, and the key was in the lock. The Manager, Carol, was kind enough to reopen briefly... read full comment
