“I got a friend who lives in the local area and anytime we go to this store for the size it is there’s almost everything there so it’s the perfect corner shop especially that they close late for that midnight snack?. The staff all there are very friendly and welcoming especially zwayne one of the kindest people I’ve met. Doesn’t treat you as a customer more as a friend you can tell he is admired by other customers due to how outgoing and respectful he is. Just shows how good this coop is even before you step in. Would recommend anyone to come here.”

“My most local store and I guess it's alright, but it's not 24-hour like they keep marking it to be, it closes at 4am or 5am depending on how they feel. It was much better years ago under the previous owners, Alex was a legend, now it's kind of a fairly standard late-night shop, prices are fairer than a lot of the others though.”

“I visited Sheffield in August for a week, coinciding with the 2022 heatwave. Although the hotel breakfast was excellent, I decided to have breakfast out of the hotel some days for a change. I had breakfast at M&S two days running, and it was a joy - poached eggs on sourdough toast, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a pot of breakfast tea with oat milk. The service was friendly, polite, and quick, and the restaurant is large, airy, roomy, clean, and has extensive window views along Fargate. It saddens me to see what has happened to Sheffield's city centre - gone are most of the department stores and designer shops (Meadowhall outside of Sheffield has become the shopping hub), therefore leaving Sheffield looking like an unwanted guest at a funeral. I dread to think what will happen to M&S if visitors to the city and Sheffield residents don't use it! Please keep supporting this wonderful store, for, without it, Sheffield city centre will lose its prime jewel in its somewhat depleted crown.”

“Martin's always has me covered. Lived in Sheffield three years and they always deliver my Ghanaian mostly southern and a few northern food items like TZ flour and (sometimes) dawadawa. Short times between restock of produce/items. Nigerian and Carribbean foods dominate although they stock alot of Ghanaian items/products eg1. kenkey (fante and ga),2. cassava and corn dough,3. prekese, garden eggs, pepper ohh ??, dawadawa, other spices4. yam, plantains and apem,5. smoked fish,6. tz and konkonte flour,7. frozen mackerel (salmon in Ghana ??), tilapia, red fish8. tripe (towel??), goat meat, cow foot, goat head etc9. I will be back when I remember more???”

“Given the competition, this is high praise! I chose the smallest version (medium) and it was still loads, for a very good price- and that included all the extras. Have wanted to try this place for ages and it didn't disappoint.”
