Bought a book after Xmas, and realised same day I had already bought it, was changed with no problem at all, very helpful staff

Great selection, and staff are friendly enough, but the space is really not friendly for people in wheelchairs. There were whole parts of the shop that were inaccessible to me due to small tables poking out in front of shelves, piles of books, or narrow walkways.
