Customer service almost non existent, ever heard of service with a smile and engage or say thank you to customers?

Good shop, pleasant staff. Bit on the pricey side but very convenient for the large range of groceries etc available. Really wish that they would reinstate the inside seats for their elderly or infirm customers. I count myself as one of them. I need a sit down before walking back home. Apparently according to staff here you can only use a fraction of your nectar points towards a purchase but yet when I contacted customer services you CAN use your whole points balance doe this store make its own rules up??? I won't be using this store ever again they are full BS
