Would highly recommend the 02 store in Meadowhall opposite the Apple store.\\n\\nVery helpful staff who can't do enough to ensure your questions are answered fully.\\n\\nStore colleagues even let customers look at their personal phones to see what specific phones look and feel like.

This is not a very welcoming place. Everything feel a bit clinical for my liking. Then the biggest problem is that all the phones on display are all fixed in place so it hard to get a real feel of the device. I really wanted to try a particular phone I wanted to buy but I gave up.
