“Absolutely brilliant. I went into the store with an issue and walked out with 4 new contracts and the issue was resolved.
I've been to so many other 3 stores and I contacted Samsung for help; not a single one of them could fix the issue.
So, I headed to another 3 store, one more time, where I met a delightful and knowledgeable young lad named Yoosuf. They all called him the 'expert'. He was very patient and kind, he immediately reassured me that he could solve the problem and get better deals with 3 than any other network. I left a very content and happy man.

“My s25Ultra just went black, it was repaired twice within a week time. Fantastic customer service, tracking of the repair online. The phone had a screen replaced at the end, no charge all on Samsungs warranty. The EE customer service was just great.
