“Only ever been to store in regards to a warranty repair on an apple product that failed after 6 months of ownership. Things didn’t start off great as after 3 weeks my phone had not been delivered to the repair centre but back to the store. There was confusion at first however the way it was handled from the people in store was top notch. Jack and Shell pulled out all the stops and helped with a situation which normally doesn’t happen which was finding out where my phone was(DPD never delivered to repair centre) unfortunately for me this meant after locating it, having to be sent off again.
