Visited this branch of New Look in Meadowhall to look for some white sandals I had seen online . Could only see my size in black but tried them on for size in order to get them online . I very rarely shop in New Look,but I was very impressed with the customer service I received today on my visit to the meadowhall branch The fitting room assistant dealt efficiently with my query and Ruby on the checkout was very helpful being very courteous, friendly and dealt with my purchase queries extremely well

I have been recently twice and not to be a Karen but the staff were not brilliant. The first experience: we went to pay and the machine went blank, meaning we had no idea whether we had paid or not.
