“Top class experience from this shop. Received some fantastic advice regarding an upcoming 10k I had. I was given some trail running trainers to take away and try at no cost which is amazing. I was then allowed to keep them longer and use them for the race. I have never known a service be as good as this. The stock of trainers and other items is great and they can order in if they don't have something. Really friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks so much again and I will be returning at some point soon to get my next pair of trainers. You deserve the best review possible !”

As we were already in Meadowhall, we called in to see if they had any to try on before purchasing.The two ladies in store were excellent and even though they had the shoe in the correct size, they unfortunately didn't have the rainbow colorway in store. “Amazing customer service from the staff here; in particular the store manager, Angela, who went above and beyond to find a solution to a rather complex shoe problem I had. I cannot thank her and the rest of the team enough- they were friendly, trustworthy, thoughtful and kind. The store has a very relaxing and calming vibe to it, and when you look around you will see what a lovely range of high quality shoes, bags, etc., they have to offer. The way that you are treat by staff in general can highly reflect onto your overall views of the store- and whether or not you will return to shop again. “This M&S Simply Food is situated on Blyth Service area on the A1. There was a good selection of food and drink items. The store is well laid out and had good Covid precautions in place. This a self service store but there was a very pleasant member of staff who provided me with a wooden fork for my salD.”
