Warm and friendly reception staff they were able to fit me in when I phoned in the morning for a tetanus shot after being very badly scratched by a dog, thank you!

If you do actually get an appointment then be prepared to meet SOME ignorant miserable unhelpful so called Drs with attitude problems who's main purpose is to get you back out the door as quickly as possible without actually doing anything at all to help you.
