Warm and friendly reception staff they were able to fit me in when I phoned in the morning for a tetanus shot after being very badly scratched by a dog, thank you!

If you do actually get an appointment then be prepared to meet SOME ignorant miserable unhelpful so called Drs with attitude problems who's main purpose is to get you back out the door as quickly as possible without actually doing anything at all to help you. Which is disgraceful and actually makes the clinic busier than ever. I have seen a couple of really nice Drs but there are two male Drs that need to get some attitude problems sorted out or just leave if you hate your job so much. The receptionists do have a difficult job trying to arrange appointments, but I found they do there best to help.

Absolutely amazing practice with outstanding service. We have always had an appointment the same day and always feel well advised and supported by all staff at the practice. Given the challenges the NHS has faced during and since the pandemic and through government cuts, the practice never fail to offer a great service everytime. Thank you

My sister was a patient of this surgery and visited the same GP for nearly 2 years with breathing difficulties, bloating, fatigue and weight loss. She was prescribed copious amounts of steroids for prolonged periods of time that did nothing for her health wise. This is because she was dying of ovarian cancer and her GP who she entrusted her care with missed it repeatedly. The steroids she was regularly prescribed helped the cancer grow and masked the pain it was causing her. My sister was admitted into hospital and died 8 short days later. She was 39 years old and riddled with cancer. Think wisely before entrusting these professionals with your care.

Never see the doctor at the time appointment - it?s usually about 15 minutes after that time and no one ever says sorry about it

The most rude receptionist I have ever come across in my life. Speaking to patients like 5 year old kids. Needs training on how to communicate. Haven?t used the GP service to its fullest but if this is a prime example of how patients get treated then god help the rest of the care

I can honestly say leaving this GP surgery has been the best decision I have ever made. I don't have to argue with receptionists to get an appointment, I don't have doctors saying they don't know what else to do with me. I now have doctors that actually listen, show compassion and try to help me in every way that they can. I can get an appointment without having to call as soon as they open. I can honestly say its taken some getting used to as I've been used to having to stand my ground for years to be taken seriously. This is quite possibly the WORST Dr's you could go to, avoid if you can it really isn't worth the hassle when you're already going through enough.

Most of the reception staff are absolutely useless, rude and obnoxious. They never want to actually try to help. The Doctors themselves are fine especially Dr Khaze who I've never had any problems with. Once you get past the angry chihuahua receptionists you might actually get somewhere. Cant wait to change practices so I may actually receive some compassion and medical care without being badgered by the absolutely awful reception staff. No wonder I never seem to get past things because its an absolute chore and mentally draining having to advocate for myself 24/7 when staff are this useless.

Its never nice to leave negative public feedback but if its the only way to improve the service then sometimes its necessary. The waiting times to sort small issues are long however this is made worse by arrogant and uninterested reception staff and nursing staff that can't or won't do simple procedures. After wasting my time seeing a nurse that then told me i need to see Dr Grafton as he was the only person that could do a simple cyst drainage on a finger, I waited patiently in line for the reception. There was a dead fish floating in a tank which i informed her of to which she snapped back "we know". She was clearly not wanting to be there and appeared miserable.Three appointments and over a month's wait to see Dr Grafton to simply drain a ganglion cyst on the finger is inefficient. In the end, I gave up, simply came away and will find another way to deal with it. Standards in UK Healthcare are dropping. At just 49 years old it wasn't that long ago that the family Dr visited in the middle of the night to provide care, now its like trying to get an appointment with the Queen.

I am absolutely appalled by the service this GP centre provides. They do not care one bit about their patients and the customer service is disgusting! The management and admin team are all rude and incompetent. Over a week ago the practice manager was supposed to be getting back to me about having a meeting yet no reply and they are avoiding taking my calls.MY CHILD IS STILL WAITING FOR AN URGENT REFERRAL SINCE DECEMBER!How can they let a child be in pain daily and all the GP says is give him calpol every day! Absolutely disgusting!!!!The GP's there have no clue what they are doing! The whole medical practice is a joke! I am absolutely fuming at the way I have been spoken to and brushed off with everything!Sort yourselves out Kiveton Medical Practice! Simple respect cost nothing nor does patient care!IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A GP SURGERY THEN STAY CLEAR THEY CAN'T EVEN PROVIDE BASIC CARE!
