This place is a disgrace good luck with the broken appointments system , as the other users have said it will be quicker to go to a and e rather than use this broken place with the rudest reception staff I’ve ever come across. Waste of time phoning it just rings off, can't get an appointment , can't see a doctor. Or as others have said sit and wait for hours to see a doctor . Total waste of time , no wonder A&E is always packed
