Home to the rudest doctor I?ve ever spoken to. He could not care any less if he tried. ?What do you want me to do? was his response to my query, I don?t know, you?re the doctor isn?t it your job to advise patients on the best course of action? He also said ?you can do, but it?s up to you?. I?m asking you because YOURE the doctor, if I knew then I wouldn?t need an appointment would I? It?s like he didn?t want to give me an answer.I feel sorry for the people who are unfortunate enough to call this their local medical practice. For their sake I hope not every GP here is as terrible as him.Thankfully this isn?t my normal doctors and I only got an appointment here because there wasn?t any at my GP.

This place is a disgrace good luck with the broken appointments system , as the other users have said it will be quicker to go to a and e rather than use this broken place with the rudest reception staff I?ve ever come across. How they speak to people is disgusting it?s clear there?s no training for them to be as bad as they areYou can be queuing on the phone whilst in pain and discomfort for over an hour for the appointment system to have allocated the twentieth person in the queue the last appointment and ?ring back tomorrow?They run a dangerous lottery with peoples health putting additional pressure on the NHS by not re opening the shutters from lockdown

Waste of time phoning it just rings off, can't get an appointment , can't see a doctor. Or as others have said sit and wait for hours to see a doctor . Total waste of time , no wonder A&E is always packed

Waited 40 minutes in telephone queue to be told by receptionist (who would not listen), that I couldn't have an emergency appointment when I'm in absolute agnoy and not able to sleep or eat from sinus infection. Advised me to use paracetamol, which I told her has no affect along with aspirin and ibuprofen - but she would not listen. Hung up in the end as it was an extremely annoying experience when in pain.

Never been here before but have an appointment this morning. I'm too ill to get there so thought I'd be courteous and call to let them know I can't make it and rearrange it. They just had a recorded message to say that they are closed. Ridiculous.

Far better than my previous surgery. Yes they are busy, yes there is a queue on the phone system, yes they strongly prefer you to use the messaging system, but these are just facts of post Brexit and Covid Britain and the staff are clearly extremely busy. Cut them some slack.The place is clean and efficient whenever I have been, and if you really do need an appointment I've had no problem following the procedure and getting one within a reasonable timescale.My only real complaint in fact is that they close the online messaging system at all.. which presumably is because they just can't staff all the messages and calls so they have to limit it somehow.

Absolute joke this place. I rarely go to the doctors but I'm pretty ill and need to see a doctor which was advised by a pharmacist. Tried to make an appointment yesterday, shock there wasn't any and would be getting a call back this morning from a doctor. Realised I'd changed my phone number so rang them this morning to update it (20 minutes on hold) to be told I have to go into the surgery to do this!!?? So now I won't be getting a call back today!! Rude staff. Will not be using this surgery ever again. Looking at these reviews and comments on Facebook something needs sorting

Receptionist don't care about you or your problems, good luck getting any form of support or help for you physical health because they arnt interested. Takes them 40 mins to pick up the phone for them to say "I don't know I can't help you". They actually may as well just pass me the coffin now!!! They would rather you be dead than give any sort of care. Needs shutting down. Wosh I could give 0 stars because that's the help they give.

Fantastic service once again. I sent a request via email service and received a text message back within a couple of hours notifying me of prescription waiting at the chemist. Such a Rather say to use service and much less frustrating than trying to phone.

Phoned the doctors about a persistent cough I had for over 2 weeks, now with all symptoms of chest infection/flu. Was on hold for 40 minute, then was told there are no doctors available. They asked me what time they could ring the following day. I arranged a call on my lunch hour, did not receive a call until 2hours after that when I was back working. Had an answer phone message explaining I would have to start the process again.Being with Dinnington Doctors is the closest thing you can get to not being signed up to a Doctors at all.

This is an extremely poor surgery which is made much worse by the rude and obnoxious receptionists.After a 50 minute wait on the phone, the receptionist argued with me regarding the seriousness of my complaint and then hung up the phone as I was speaking.I wrote a letter of complaint and this has gone unanswered after being signed for 11 days ago.

As this practice gets a lot of bad reviews i thought it only fair to say how helpful they were today . A lovely receptionist called Leanne was so good in sorting my missing medication out for my son . She was understanding and very friendly , something there needs to be far more of in there . Thanks again Leanne

We are so grateful for the care shown to us by the reception, pharmacy, admin staff, nurses and doctors in our group practice. We've been with DGP for 12 years now and have always been treated with care and able to access appointments when needed, face to face or telephone as required during the pandemic.

Was on hold last week for an hour before I got through to them, and it was at their request I call. Today, I have been on hold over 20 mins and according to their agent message I'm still 5th in queue, so they've manage to answer 1 call in this time. I'm only calling because of a cockup their end and don't think it's acceptable to be kept on hold this long. At this rate I'm looking at over an hour wait. Why aren't they answering phones quicker, people will start going into the surgery more if phones are not answered, when doctors are trying to avoid this.
