Very awkward to exit if you haven't purchased anything, as the only way out is via the queue to pay. Not easy if you have a pushchair, and everyone complaining every time you ask the to move. Management need to look into this.

Shop here quite alot but today wasn't a good experience, I came across a very rude staff member who wasn't happy that I was paying cash then asked me for an email which I havent got in use and she was very sarcastic about this then continued to shout to me as I walked out of the store.
