“My dad went in to the Doncaster branch on Monday, he is frail and a little confused. The lady who served him went over and above to make sure he got sorted. She had so much patience and really looked after him. Even walking him to my car when he had finished. Fantastic service I can’t praise her enough.”

“I'd been working in the Netherlands for 20+ years and tried to open a new bank account when i came back. I tried a few banks to no avail. I came here with my brother and one of his utility bills and it was no problem. been a very happy customer for the last 4 years. Very friendly and helpful service. There's hand sanitiser on the way in. There's free wifi. Their savings account seems to be above average. Highly recommended. Thank you Nationwide :-)”

“Went to open an account for my husband who isn't well. We were 15 mins late arriving, as we hadn't taken into account parking difficulties. The lady we were due to see had moved on to her next appointment but kindly arranged to see us after. We went for a coffee and returned to the bank. A downstairs room had been arranged as my husband couldn't manage the stairs.Everything was explained very clearly to us and the account was opened successfully, with clear instructions on what was to happen next. I would recommend this bank to anyone They dealt with my husbands illness in a kind and considerate manner without being condescending An easy 5 stars for this appointment”
