Im not on to complain about the staff who are all lovely and helpful but probably on here to complain about the 'lack of staff' what is happening, you can't take on extra services, like Evri & Whoosh and not increase staff numbers (in fact there seems to be less staff than usual) . Horrible staff they don’t listen and do what they want, they make lies up so that they can go home early.
