“First visit decent size car park the store is a decent size with a good selection of produce I find you have to watch the sell by dates especially of fruit on vegetables has I shop for the week midweek sometimes come the weekend the vegetables aren’t good the store sometimes has out of date products on the shelf which should be removed!! Today I didn’t complete my shop has store lacked a full inventory of items using a new ordering system.”

“Decent little mini market selling a range of essential items. The prices are a little steep but to be expected in this type of store. Parking is available on the road outside the shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. The shop required face masks to be worn when I visited and I paid by card.There always seems to be a steady flow of customers so it must be meeting the needs of local community.”

“Been doing weekly shops here, the food is always fresh and good quality, the staff all speak when they see you, they always open up checkouts when they see someone who needs one with out being asked. The bakery has a great choice and it’s always well presented. The range is excellent and a very competitive price.”

“What can you say about a petrol station ⛽!!! Forecourt clean and tidy. Prices go up and down like the preverbial yo-yo.Not always the best deal as far as supermarket petrol wars go, but still a good deal.”
“A little slow on the till(if you get one that actually works) smoke came off the first conveyer belt and then the second till(belt again) had a mind off its own and the poor girl on the till spent more time getting the belt to move than it took me to do my shopping. Otherwise a nice ,well spaced shop with plenty of choice (from family meals to single ones). The staff are quite funny too when things go wrong.”

“I have only started going recently for their 1 pound Lasagna and same price Chicken Curry and Rice. There's other stuff, such as Spaghetti Bolognese that's really decent. But still, I'm only commenting cos of them ready in 10 minutes microwave Lasagna. Which now that I'm reading it out loud, doesn't really sound appealing but trust me.They make the perfect work meal. By microwaveing them 5 minutes before setting off to work and the rest a few hours later when you eat. Its filling enough, taste really nice. The bolognese sauce (ragù) actually tastes good and the beasciamella surprised me how decent it was.Take this free advice and go get yourself some of them 1 quid Lasagna!I eat them as snacks as well, instead of a doritos bag or whatever, I munch this instead. “I love the co-op, but I've noticed that some co-ops sell different products, and not all co-ops are the same. Mapplewell co op is one of the better ones on par with the Dodworth one. Mapplewell stocks a nice range of fresh and baked produce, and you can purchase most of your grocery items here. Co-op stores have always sold good quality stock and are a long-standing company and have been operating for years. I sometimes call in Mapplewell co-op as have good choice and quieter than the bigger supermarkets and the staff are friendly, polite and have good product knowledge.”
