I received a phone call saying they couldn't find my item in stock, even though it said it was in stock last night when I ordered it & because of these, even though I found out that the Pontefract branch had them I went elsewhere to buy it even though it cost me £2 more.

Matt was very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining how the different tyre inflators worked. I appreciated his suggestions of which machine would suit me the best. His advice was invaluable.
