“Fantastic customer service thank you so much. I'm not a plumber but like to fix the odd bits myself that are less technical so I didn't know what to ask for. I went in with parts from my undersinkdrain plumbing and they not only sorted me out with the bits I needed, they showed me how to fix it, I was doing it wrong. I fixed my sink within minutes of getting home. Unfortunately as I'm absolutely shattered I'm not sure I remember the gentlemen's names for certain but I think it was Graham and Robert. If you read this and I've remembered wrong I apologise. They also told me how to fix a guttering issue so I'll be back once I've measured my gutter. Thanks again I would highly recommend them.”

“Honestly couldn’t be happier with the staff at this store. Bob & Dave will brake there backs for you if there is a issue with a product, take time to understand exactly what you’ll need and the specifications. I’ve been using them to equip my business for the last 6 years and can honestly say I’d never use anyone else. Unfortunately this is not the same case for the Sheffield branch which is unfortunately my local store and leaves me frustrated every time I visit.”

“Had my bed delivered came earlier than expected he brought the single down stairs and left the base in the lounge as my dad's downstairs he set it all up brought the new bed upstairs. I called as having trouble with those metal clips to hold the base together he's been out and fitted them excellent service the bed is lovely and will certainly use you again when we need a bed for mum thankyou so much”

“This Matalan store is big, spacious and very welcoming. It feels like a nice, calm shopping trip.
There have been several occasions where there are not a lot of choice in sizes available, especially for mens clothes.
Since the addition of the self-serve tills, the queues are so much better. Previously, you could be queuing for an age, but now, you can use the self-service tills and complete your trip a lot faster and more conveniently.”
