Item I bought was cheap but the person I was with had a horrendous experience with a rude member of staff whose customer experience training was none existent. He thought it was funny to have a giggle with a colleague when he was asked do they stock a certain item. Think Al with Married With Children and that's the characters...

Dire.. Staff were more concerned with stacking boxes and gossiping than helping. Didn't like the non service I received, Didn't bother. I walked out of the store...Theres Info about why SDs goods are cheaper and dont last as long as elsewhere online (reddit)

Been here a few times, mostly for new shoes. The staff are always really friendly and there is a good range of prices. Always happy to go back.
