“I returned a lampshade to the Yeovil store convinced I’d got the wrong one. I’d ordered it online and thought the wrong shade had been put in the right box. Louise served me and she was incredibly patient and helpful. I realised that it was actually the right shade but it didn’t look exactly a match to my two existing ones.
