“Good clean store. Friendly helpful staff. We got a couple of shoes here and happy with the price but don't think the prices reflect an outlet store they seem to be the same as online prices just the convenience of being able to try shoes on 1st. The store is small, and I think you would struggle to access it in a wheelchair. I think they should have the stock out the back and have just the display shoes on show and you ask for a size you require you would have more room inside as its just row upon row of boxes. Overall a good store clean and good staff happy to return again maybe at a quieter time of day.”

Luisa was extremely helpful but in a quiet, pleasant way, never pushy, totally honest and very customer- focused. “The staff are good. Clarks as a store though was a bit of a let down. No sizes left for the young men for school shoes. Had to spend £50 on some shoes from the mens section for my boy instead. They do not have anything for men over a size 12 regular. So you size 14's out there need not bother.. Pretty poor showing for a company that makes shoes all told.”

“This is the only shop my husband can get footware to fit him as he is a size14. The gentleman in the shop is always very helpful and leaves you to browse at your leisure! My husband only went to buy some more shoes today, but came out with a sweatshirt jacket and socks also due to a good selection, reasonable prices and good quality. ? Recommend this shop with confidence.?”

“We went just after boxing day so the layout was for sales. Other days it is a bit more uniform and you can easily find stuff. As it is clearance they also have furniture for half price or so with minor issues e.g. mark on back of sofa etc. They also have clearance only stock which is better value than their main store but not sold there. It is a large store”
“This is a really big shop, spacious, clean, light and airy.Clarks shoes are good quality but we've found the shop at Street often lacks the sizes we require.We used to come up for the bargains as they used to have great offers on older stock but these no longer seem to be available.They do have some decent discounts though, but on footwear that I imagine only has 2 or 3 sizes remaining.”
