The member of staff (I believe he was a Scottish gentleman) swapped them for the correct size.
Very helpful, good old fashioned customer service with no dramas, which is refreshing in this day and age.

“After a mess up on the app that changed the collection day to 4days later for a frier that i needed that day. I rang HO who couldn't help with an exchange, I was told to call instore who could help. Eliza the manager looked saw it was in store and available to collect and sorted it in minutes and 20min later I collected it. The item was even sat there waiting with all the details staff needed for a speedy pick up meaning the planned Father's day meal was saved/made easier.”

He offered great advice on trainers for my son whilst he was juggling 3-4 customers at the same time. “I returned a lampshade to the Yeovil store convinced I’d got the wrong one. I’d ordered it online and thought the wrong shade had been put in the right box. Louise served me and she was incredibly patient and helpful. I realised that it was actually the right shade but it didn’t look exactly a match to my two existing ones. Louise went out of her way to reassure me and that I was happy with my purchase.Nothing was too much effort for her , first class customer service! Thankyou Louise!!!”

I have addiction and can not go there as ending up with full troley of the brilliant stuff for home, kitchen or a treat like perfume, bag or new pair of shoes. Lovely place for good quality and low prices.?”

“Bought a pizza deal off the counter and when we ate it, it didn’t taste right. Called Asda and spoke to Jenny who was unbelievably helpful.
Not only did she agree to refund the pizzas, she replaced them with different ones and gave a small Asda voucher for the future. The simple fact that she asked questions to find out why it happened so it can be prevented again was remarkable customer care.
