The what I assume is manager (chap in the grey suit) needs to understand that customers can come from anywhere. By being blatantly rude and overly defensive for no particular reason to a member of the public doesn’t present a particularly good image.

The Old Creamery treated us very fairly when a bed we had bought about 2 years ago collapsed. They speedily replaced it with a better designed bed and took away the old one.
