I told him want I was after, he listened to what I needed, showed me a few options and helped me find the perfect carpet. He was efficient, an excellent listener and offered a friendly and professional service. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced, Jason is an absolute credit to your company and when I need more carpet I will be back.”

“The Old Creamery treated us very fairly when a bed we had bought about 2 years ago collapsed. They speedily replaced it with a better designed bed and took away the old one. Yes we did have to pay a nominal sum but they were polite and understanding. It was so refreshing these days to be heard and treated well! Would definitely recommend them.”

“The staff was very helpful, but I received professional informational assistance from a Polish employee. Recently, unfortunately, someone else advised me to buy paint for a wooden fence and unfortunately the color is fading. When painting, I had to paint several times to obtain a given color. The seller should have more information about the goods being sold because this does not reflect the store's reputation. Motivate sellers to acquire such knowledge, perhaps training for employees, higher remuneration for employees with better knowledge.”

“Purchased tiles from Kevin and Jessie a year ago and dropped in last week to pick up some more adhesive for another project.Jessie and Kevin were so helpful and put together a package on our original project at a great price. Kevin even helped with technical advice and put in touch with Bal.On contacting Bal they sent a field engineer out at no charge who carried an assessment and report on our property.Thanks to all at Topps Tiles and the gentleman that carried the adhesive out to our car last week.”

“After a mess up on the app that changed the collection day to 4days later for a frier that i needed that day. I rang HO who couldn't help with an exchange, I was told to call instore who could help. Eliza the manager looked saw it was in store and available to collect and sorted it in minutes and 20min later I collected it. The item was even sat there waiting with all the details staff needed for a speedy pick up meaning the planned Father's day meal was saved/made easier.”

“What can I say about the barn at cott farm , myself and my now wife got married there last Saturday with a lot of our friends and family and what a day it was . Becca and Ollie are fantastic hosts and were unbelievable In planning our perfect day , everything about the venue ticks the boxes from the fantastic food to the overnight campsite and the outside pizza oven and bar all made for such a memorable weekend there , can’t thank them enough and also would recommend this venue to anyone I speak to , it simply is the perfect wedding venue !! .”
