“It might not be the cheapest supermarket but the quality and customer service is excellent. The shelfs are well stocked,clearly labeled (you can often find some good deals) and staff go over and beyond to help you.”

“Manager Jo went out of his way to help locate a replacement Bubble Mower which was broken. He picked one up from Weston and brought it to Portishead store. So grateful and he is an asset to Home Bargains. Rare to find helpful , nice assistants these days. Thank you Jo”

“Large store and great product range, usually great quality also. However, only 4 stars out of 5 due to poor Blueberries purchased today. When opened around a third of the pack were soggy & watery.”

“Find the majority of products are available although they quite often have empty shelves on some of my favourites products, 24 cans of original coca cola, toilet roll, Sainsbury's own dog meat cans but the staff are lovely and always provide help when asked.”

“Very good iceland. Even though it isn't very big i find it has much more produce than some of the larger Iceland stores.Well laid out with clear signage so you can find what you are looking for easily.A good amount if products on sale with good offers.Staff are always friendly and efficient.Store is clean, tidy and well stocked.”

“The Tesco meal deal stands high above the competition at £3.50 or £3 with membership for a wide variety of combinations; mains including sandwiches like the breakfast tripple or BBQ chicken & cheese, pasta like the Southern Fried Chicken pasta and great Sushi options + more. All amazing and always improving. Fridge raiders for the snack or quite a sizable sausage roll among other choices. For the drink, I go for the XL 473ml Redbull. BARGAIN! Could also get a large VitaCoco or Naked smoothie for the healthy option.”

“Have always found staff friendly and helpful. For a small store, it carries a good range of fresh produce (including goat's milk) and bakery. Four stars not five, as I have twice (in two years) found items still on shelves beyond "use by" date.”
