“Like other recent reviews, I placed an order for an item that said 2-3 days delivery and by day 4 I had to email to ask what was going on. I was told they’d over-sold and had no stock so it would be about another week. The communication was excellent from this point and it was sent next day delivery when the stock arrived. I also had an issue with it being damaged that was resolved immediately. The customer service has been 5* but if you’re in a rush for something, it’d be best to ask if they have it in stock before ordering.”
