“I needed to buy some camping equipment at short notice after one I ordered got lost by the courier, and called BCH that morning to find out about stock. I went through to the Trowbridge shop as the Bath one hadn't quite opened yet, and spoke with Eric who very kindly looked up stock at the Bath shop, and then called them after speaking to me to ask them to put one aside for me. He also gave me some very helpful advice about options, recommending the cheaper option for what I needed.

When I arrived at the Bath shop, they had my item ready, but also mentioned an alternative that was even cheaper, just slightly heavier. The gentleman working there helped me weigh up the options based on the kind of camping trip we needed it for, and I went with the cheaper option again. It was for my partner who said it was perfect for what he needed.

I ended up spending less than half of what I would have paid without all their help and advice. This company and its employees are absolutely amazing, and also so friendly and kind. I'm not really the target audience for their products but I keep wanting to go back and shop there just because of how great the experience was!

“I love Hollister,they have very nice clothes and if you bring in your lunch card or some kind of school ID then you get a discount and I love that because I don’t normally shop at Hollister because it’s quite expensive but I got a halter top from there and it’s very good quality and goes well with everything.”

“I popped in here with my partner and mother in law. Rhys F was absolutely brilliant. He helped me find a great shirt fit (the Charles Tyrwhitt shirts seem to come up rather baggy when you choose the correct neck size, several people had that problem), but Rhys knew how to pick a size/fit that compensated and fitted perfectly. He was interacting with numerous customers, talking to those waiting while their freinds/family tried on things and tidying up the demo clothes all at the same time! He also knew every colour/fit available for every product off the top of his head. If his manager reads this- don't let him go, staff like him a very rare in my experience. “I am a volunteer and work on the clothing section but now because of the Virus must stay away, sadly. However, having just read the last comment by a gentleman about nice, but not many mens' clothes, I would say that is because we don't get as many men giving their clothes for us to sell, and fewer men (than women) come in to look! I also buy my own clothes at Oxfam because they are always good and it is another form of re-cycling.”
