“Fabulous place and amazing staff. Definitely one of the best bridal shops I visited during my dress hunt. I found my dress just over a year ago and the staff were so welcoming. Ended up really panicked straight after buying it and was second guessing my choice. The staff were so lovely and understanding they invited me to re try the dress on and helped calm my nerves ? I decided to take my bridesmaid to try on their Tiffany’s collection and it was stunning. My bridesmaid complimented how lovely the store was and how attentive the staff are. My wedding dress arrived and I collected it last month - very excited and definitely thankful I didn’t change my mind. Big thank you to all the ladies at the bridal lounge ❤️”

“A superb shop full of everything you could ever require for a camping expedition. Staff helpful and polite, and there's a small, free carpark just before the shop.”

Customer services sorted this out promptly with a refund and I reordered without any issues. Item arrived earlier than expected and the store contacted me to let me know. “Good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Basics up to designer fashion. Up to size 24. Sometimes 26. Some of the lines are clearly meant for older ladies but it's also well worth a rummage if you're younger and into your fashion. Only 4 stars as it is difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair or mobility scooter due to narrow aisles and irregular placement of the clothes' racks. Otherwise it's a lovely shop.”

I prefer the household and vehicle departments. They also have Latte Syrups of various flavours, and all have zero calories.”

“Ordered a product on line which was not suitable. Luke was great & could not of been more helpful. It wasn’t as straightforward as just getting a refund as I had paid via PayPal.
