“I had such a lovely experience in the bridal lounge with Emily and Sharon (I think, sorry!)Made a bit of a last minute appointment and wasn’t sure what to expect but what a beautiful shop and a great morning, my mum also loved it!I was able to browse the dresses which were arranged by style/shape which I found very helpful! These are not cheap dresses but we’re about in line with the going rate/what I expected- I think everything I tried was between £1000 - £2000. The prices were on the label to clearly see as you we browsing which is not the case everywhere which I really appreciated. They have an off the peg selection too.I’m not particularly shy about taking my clothes off but if you are a bit more conscious this is a lovely place to come, I got into each dress by myself in the changing room and then called someone in the help do it up, then when I was taking each dress off I would hand it through the curtain. They were very sensitive when measuring me up too.Emily and Sharon were so helpful in terms of suggestions and recommendations and so kind.The no photos thing is a bit of a shame as I think most places don’t have this rule any more as most dresses can be seen online, but not a huge deal (you can take a photo of the dress if you are buying it).I wasn’t quite sure so I didn’t buy anything immediately, but when I went home I couldn’t stop thinking about one of the dresses. Luckily they had some time for me to come back later in the afternoon and I bought one!Overall a great experience l, can’t wait to pick up my dress next year”

“Good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Basics up to designer fashion. Up to size 24. Sometimes 26. Some of the lines are clearly meant for older ladies but it's also well worth a rummage if you're younger and into your fashion. Only 4 stars as it is difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair or mobility scooter due to narrow aisles and irregular placement of the clothes' racks. Otherwise it's a lovely shop.”

“Fab place. Only thing is, the staff jump on you as soon as you walk in, like to make a sell. I like to browse and not feel pushed into buying. Clean and tidy store. Has a pharmacy inside and a perfume counter. A few deals on.”

“Not a huge selection, and in classic TK fashion quite chaotic but most avenues are covered. Fair size mens, women and home section. Staff always seem to be in a good mood and are helpful when needed.”

“I went in today with my Son who needed a white shirt for a special occasion. Aouatif was really helpful, she spent time helping us ordered just the right shirt, to go with cufflinks. We really appreciate how much time and effort she put into helping us. Great customer service. Thank you”

“Very quiet. Order to collect at supermarket as you need to park in roof, pay for hour at bottom of stairs with car reg , just to collect. Does not give change either. Staff okay but not quick”
