Really attentive staff, asked if we wanted a drink several times. When I asked about hair smoothing, the lady immediately got me a leaflet. The Apprentice was lovely, really friendly and chatty to my daughter who was having her hair cut.

Everyone was super friendly and kind. I am aware I have a lot of hair and it never feels like it is an issue.Nothing was too much trouble. A great experience!And my hair looks fabulous!

Sarah is hands down the best colourist and I’ve lived all over the world. She really is specialist at creating a natural beautiful colour and highlights.
