I have been going to Toni and Guy for many years. Sarah mostly colours my hair and Liam cuts it. They are always on time, they always treat me with respect, they always listen to what I want in terms of colour and cut and also give me good advice. I've never once had a bad experience there. I enjoy chatting to them both. They all try really hard to ensure everything is OK - checking if I need a drink etc. All the staff are lovely, friendly and really well trained in what they do. I'd definitely recommend it as an excellent hairdresser.

We got both our kids a haircut before school starts and I was amazed what professionalism and care went into it! You?d think people would be dismissive of children or give them a quick chop and buzz but Fran took extra care to give them the hair they wanted. She was so good with both of them and asked them personally how they?d like it and how they feel. Her cuts were excellent and beyond any cut my kids have gotten!
Would recommend! Fran is a star! ??

After reflection, I was with you for 30 minutes for a style and you charged my £90. I was told it's £35, then the member asked and told me £90. Is this best practice? I feel I was overcharged.

So pleased with colour by Sarah, she has made my hair look so natural little highlights , and rich dark blondes to blend with emerging grey and a really natural looking ?mousy brown? as asked to get rid of brassy blondes and look as close to my natural as possible. Lovely cut as always from Shannon.

This was my first time at a different salon, and at a Toni and Guy, and I have nothing but positive feedback for the experience. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of my stylist but she was amazing and super understanding with what I wanted doing to my hair. It felt amazing afterwards and I?ll definitely be coming back in the future for colour and trims.

I was very happy with my haircut here, as I did not have an appointment and they were happy to book me in straight away (because there was a cancellation). My haircut looks fantastic, and the complimentary drink was nice. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be - but I did agree to the price and do not regret paying for this service at all.
My hair stylist was really lovely, and I would definitely recommend this hair salon.

Great place for a haircut

The staff were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. I was in the city for work and wanted a bouncy blow dry for some meetings. However, the person doing my hair did not understand what was meant by this and blow dried my hair straight and then curled it twitch the straighteners to give it a wave. It was beautifully done, just not at all what I wanted. This was despite me trying to intervene to explain a bit more about what I wanted. As such it was a complete waste of money.

It's always a pleasure to come to Toni & Guy. Sarah has been colouring my hair for more than 10 years and has always delivered a fantastic result, and Catherine's cut is devine.
The staff are all universally lovely. Particular mention this time to Bailey who shampooed my hair and gave me a wonderful head massage.
