“I had the most wonderful experience at Sacco Martin Hair Salon in Bath, where the lovely Grace treated me to their Japanese head spa. The salon itself is a treat — warm wood tones, a feel-good atmosphere, and stunning views over the river and canal. They use only amazing organic products, and you can really tell how much care goes into every choice they make. The head spa was a blissful, multi-stage experience in a private room. Without giving too much away, it included a soothing shoulder, neck, and head massage, a scalp scrub, and nourishing hair treatments — all completely tailored to my own scalp and hair needs. Grace was attentive and professional, making the whole process both relaxing and luxurious. I even left with a selection of treatments to try at home, which felt like such a thoughtful touch. I can’t recommend this enough — if you’re in Bath and want to refresh your locks while enjoying a little slice of heaven, this is the place to go!”

“I have been going to Toni and Guy for many years. Sarah mostly colours my hair and Liam cuts it. They are always on time, they always treat me with respect, they always listen to what I want in terms of colour and cut and also give me good advice. I've never once had a bad experience there. I enjoy chatting to them both. They all try really hard to ensure everything is OK - checking if I need a drink etc. All the staff are lovely, friendly and really well trained in what they do. I'd definitely recommend it as an excellent hairdresser.”

(My only negative comment is - I asked for a dry cut which wasn’t an option- this is totally fine however the blonde hairdresser next to her was quite abrupt and unprofessional in telling us this)
