Could not rate Jessops any higher! The staff are so knowledgable and really go out of their way to help explain things. I went in with my Canon A5 film camera which I have had a couple of problems with and Phil and another gentleman took the time to explain each setting and process - it felt like a personal photography... read full comment

I went in to buy binoculars whilst visiting family and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I only wish we had a Jessops near us!
