Phone call at lunchtime on the Friday to say parts in and ready to fit. Drove to Shrewsbury from Newtown, Powys and work was completed by 4 o'clock that afternoon. “Went in for bike locks and thoery bike books but never had any in stock but staff was so helpful even called somewhere else for us to find out if in stock due to partner couldn't really drive far due to his back so didn't what pointless drive really helpful lovely staff”

“This store is on two levels. Downstairs are cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, snacks and electrical items like shavers, hairdryers etc, while upstairs are the over the counter medicines, the pharmacy, children & toddler accessories and the photo printing area. I have always found the shop staff to be very approachable and helpful. However, I found some of the pharmacy staff to be a bit chaotic. Nevertheless, I can't fault the shop itself.”

“Walked in, chose a game, told the cashier (young, male, long brown hair, white t-shirt) that I had parked in a loading bay and wanted to trade in for store credit and pay for the new game and he said it was no issue.
