What a customer service from choosing a product to the help you how to use it properly. I came to the store first time on 29th October and the gentleman I forgot to ask name helped me to choose the right product then I visited the store on 4th November to help me with Sony a7111 then this brilliant guy MAX helped me with demonstrating how to use to thanks a lot for such a professional help and guidance”
“These guys are the top paint traders in town.\\nNot the cheapest, but when it comes to paint, you get very much what you pay for. Cheap paint is a pain to apply, and doesn't last well.\\nThe staff are all very knowledgable and will be able to advise you on the best products for your job. They are able to colour match \\u0026 mix paint immediately. They have some promotional deals that will save you pounds!”

We went in looking for flooring for our soon to be finished new build house, and Steve assisted us with all of our queries - including opening up our options to floorings that we hadn’t even really considered, covering the pros and cons of everything in detail. We were provided with an estimate of costs, which we found to be competitive against other flooring providers. We are very impressed with the service so far.”

“A bit better than the Telford Matalan store in my opinion as it often has a better stock of products, and items not available in the Telford store.Access to the store is better than Telford too, it's easier to get into and out of the carpark during busy times.All Matalan stores offer good quality products at reasonable prices though. With so many stores and department stores closing (like Debenhams) we all need stores like Matalan, so I am happy and very appreciative with the service they all provide.”
