“It's changed a bit from the last time I was here. Woman's clothes as you come in, then baby's, children and last men's. The changing room is near the tills and where they used to be is household and sale items.
TBH It seems a lot more open and relaxing but that could just be the time I went.
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of location of the items I was after and the young lady supervising the self checkout tills was one step ahead of my actions and ready to help.
All in all a great improvement from my last visit.”

“I've had one of the best customer service expirences. I came in a seized up tap cartridge from the 1970s with a strange amount of O rings. I had already tried a few other shops who had said there wasn't any in stock. I couldn't work out what cartridge I needed to buy on Ebay either so was completely at a loss.

The two men behind the counter were super knowledgeable and friendly. It turns out that cartridges that size aren't made anymore. They measured it and used a thing to count the splines. They flicked through their product list to find the closest thing to match...no luck. I thought I may have to replace the entire sink at this point (which I do plan to do when we have the funds) but one of the guys had an idea.

He took the cartridge round the back and found some tap handles that came with a cartridge and an adapter nut. He had been expirementing with it and managed to get the cartridge to roughly the same size. Having new handles was also a plus and for the low price of £9.99, some fiddling and swearing, I now have a working tap.

“An average charity shop. As part of a chain BHF's price's are higher than some other charity shops. This shop is often busy which is nice but can get difficult in narrow aisles and the staff whilst not rude are not very friendly either. Worth a visit for the more experienced chazzer only.”

“We went in to DFS today to have a look at sofas in person, they had a great selection of styles. We liked quite a few and were unsure of which one to pick. A lovely lady called Helen approached us and asked if we needed assistance which we did, Helen was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us pick a sofa right for us. Helen also explained all offers and extras that were available with each sofa. We've come away from DFS today very happy our new sofas will be delivered in 3 weeks time ? we would like to thank Helen ever so much for all her help today ? we highly recommend DFS”

“We went to currys Shrewsbury to take a look at the televisions. Our old one is on its way out so we need to upgrade. We were dealt with by a gentleman named Russ. He explained all about the tv we were interested in. The technical jargon, ( oled, qled mhz refresh speed etc) was explained to us very well. He certainly knows his tv's. After he had finished, we certainly new and understood things better.
Having choosen the tv best suited to our needs, we purchased one. They even offer a fitting service, (small charge applies) and removal of our old set to a proper recycling centre. Russ was very friendly and understood what we were looking for. The shop was well laid out and very tidy.
I would highly recommend a visit if your looking for a tv, and speak to Russ, he knows his stuff.”
