We where there for a conference so didn't see the rooms but the hall we where jn was gorgeous and the food was amazing.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night as a present for our Golden Wedding!! We had a wonderful time, room was very comfortable, food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful!! Set in extensive grounds with lovely views!! Would highly recommend and we will definitely return!!

This place was much better than expected. Big old hotels like this are usually a bit "worn around the edges" but this was well presented, warm and very friendly. Food was exceptional and the staff were excellent. Can't fault this place in any way. Will be coming back.
