Stayed here on Aug 1st. The good: staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was good, hotel and grounds were nice, room was ok. The bad: woke up the following morning with bites all over my face, neck and upper torso. These were textbook bedbug bites and got progressively worse over the following few days. Beautiful surroundings, and the hotel inside was so lovely. The food wasn't up to expectations, having been presented with a plate full of skin-on chips full of black, very dirty skin covering my plate. We did not ask for this type of food as there was a choice of these vile skin on chips or just chips. No, we didn't... read full comment
