“Tk max employee today (ANGELA)Had driven all the way from glasgow to linwood to collect my online parcel from the store.Left my parcel in Poundland at the till and didn’t realise till I got back home.Couldn’t get through to Poundland so called TKMAX and I encountered angela - whom was ever so helpful, as I was frantic , had kids to collect from school and a young baby and angela very willingly went to Poundland and retrieved my parcel till I was able to return to collect it.Thanks so much Angela! I suffer quite badly with stress and anxiety and she made a bad day so much better so Thank you so much!Xxx”
“I find the staff very helpful. They don't rush you and do their job well. I use this outlet frequently and have always been very happy with the outcome. I have also heard the staff having to deal with extremely aggressive people whichthey certainly do not get paid enough for. Remember it's not the staff's fault that some items are not in the shop. Civility costs nothing. Treat people the way you would like to be treated.”

“Always a great selection of fruit and veg. Also, they have wines at good prices to suit all budgets. It is a super store with clothing for everyone, food to go, pizzas, fresh breads and the have their own special meals for a night in. Customer service and Costa cafe inside the store. Asda's fuel station is fully automated and it does speed things up. Prices are comparable with nearby by stations and this helps keep prices lower than in towns.”
