Score based on my experience. Key cutting machine, went solely for this purchase as it cuts 95% of keys and 3 for 2… apparently my key isn’t one of them though. Standard house key. When asked about it the staff just said there’s a Timpsons at braehead.. aye great I’ll just drive around to get a key cut. ?

Had the worst experience in this store on Friday with Ken from the painting department. Extremely rude person showing so much cheek and attitude to me and my little sister. It is a B&Q, and the staff are friendly helpful. Unfortunately, self service check outs do not take cash, and the main check outs were poorly staffed on my last visit resulting I a slightly longer than necessary wait.
