“Shopping with my husband and returning some items today in the Linwood store, I was served by a gentleman around late thirties about 12pm .
Fantastic customer service, very chatty, eye contact and made you feel that he really did want you to be happy with the service.
Nothing was any bother for him and the transaction was completed quickly and efficiently.
It is just a pity that I couldnt speak to the manager to let them know, that they had an amazing member of their team.
I did call their headoffice and I hope they pass on to the store to give this member of staff the praise they deserve.”

“Friendly and chatty staff, a wide range of clothing, household goods, accessories, kids games and toys, books, dvds, CD's and even other not so common items such a motorised and non motorised wheelchairs! The place is spacious, well laid out and well worth a visit.”

There is a variety of products available from clothes dvds books shoes etc. Being a thrifter who doesn't love a bargain and this is a shop where you will find not just one but many ?

“It is a B&Q, and the staff are friendly helpful.
Unfortunately, self service check outs do not take cash, and the main check outs were poorly staffed on my last visit resulting I a slightly longer than necessary wait.”

“This shop within The Piazza shopping centre is another bargain shop joining this burgeoning market on the High street and it probably shows the trend in shopping with the more fashionable shops proving to expensive for a lot of people. The shop itself sells a range of products and would probably be called a bric a brac shop in days gone by. With Christmas approaching it has a range of Xmas products and toys.”

I first went into the store in Paisley and dealt with Joe who was extremely helpful and pleasant, really gave of his time and made me feel at ease.I went away and had a think about my purchase and when I came back Joe was on his day off but I processed the sale with a lady I think it was Angela and she was so helpful and gave me great advice on sizing and which couch to eventually go for. I have also heard the staff having to deal with extremely aggressive people whichthey certainly do not get paid enough for. Remember it's not the staff's fault that some items are not in the shop. Civility costs nothing. Treat people the way you would like to be treated.”

“Having previously had good experiences when buying parts to fix my mums toilet flush I rushed over after discovering a leak from a fitting under my kitchen sink. The gentleman kindly allowed me to try out a spare rubber washer he had before I went further with replacing larger parts. He was very knowledgeable and gave me hints and tips on how much torque to use etc. The leak has now stopped. Thanks for a great service!”
