Today - excellent service from Jon McKnight with whom we finalised our purchase. Looking forward to receiving it all in a few weeks.....this was written mid January. Late March update unfortunately the delivery hasn't gone smoothly as very delayed. Awaiting arrival”

Unfortunately, self service check outs do not take cash, and the main check outs were poorly staffed on my last visit resulting I a slightly longer than necessary wait.”

I first went into the store in Paisley and dealt with Joe who was extremely helpful and pleasant, really gave of his time and made me feel at ease.I went away and had a think about my purchase and when I came back Joe was on his day off but I processed the sale with a lady I think it was Angela and she was so helpful and gave me great advice on sizing and which couch to eventually go for. Now the exciting part waiting for it to arrive.Many Thanks I the staff in the Paisley store who are a credit to your company.”

“I find the staff very helpful. They don't rush you and do their job well. I use this outlet frequently and have always been very happy with the outcome. I have also heard the staff having to deal with extremely aggressive people whichthey certainly do not get paid enough for. Remember it's not the staff's fault that some items are not in the shop. Civility costs nothing. Treat people the way you would like to be treated.”
