I was due to stay with my mother early May. We arrived after a day exploring and was greeted and checked in at the hotel. We had booked a 2 bedroom cottage (b n b £900) hence were expecting a high standard and quality. Such a cool spot to stay!! A castle on its own island. Rooms are luxurious and I definitely recommend the Balmoral Benedict for breakfast!

can't thank the staff enough, made to feel at home in this most beautiful place. the food was amazing, the walks were beautiful and peaceful. we will definitely be back. A massive thanks to all the staff there knowledge of the area was most amazing.
