We went for the sparkle and swim deal for my mum's birthday and it was perfect, she was so happy and everyone was super impressed. The Crown Hotel is well located for either exploring Carlisle itself or other local attractions. Enjoyed a comfortable and quiet room well supplied with amenity items. Fine evening dining followed by sumptious breakfast choices. All staff friendly and helpful throughout stay.

Beautiful place, we used the leisure club before we booked in, nice and relaxing. Our Room was in the old wing so we didn't see the new rooms in the hotel.
