I do enjoy a visit to Next. I usually go to the Next in the Retail Park in Inverness. If I come into town I visit this one in the Eastgate Centre. This one is not so big so there is less variety. I went in to get my parcel as they are connected with other companies to do so. Went to the till and got a very rude lady in a floral dress bark at me that I was at the wrong place for parcel pick up. I then went to the desk she said and no staff were around at all so I went to another desk and got a really nice blonde... read full comment

The manager, Tom, is fantastic. He went the extra mile in trying to sort out a problem and even phoned customer service for me. The store is extremely lucky to have such a hard worker!!
