Sandwiches and scotch eggs never feel cold so I've stopped buying them as it's not worth the risk. Mentioned it several times and it's never changed. Shelves are often nearly empty. Does anyone at scotmid actually care?? Doesn't seem like it.

Hardly any vegetables and fruit, but 2 aisles of biscuits, crisps, sweets and chocolate...Cold meat is often brown in the fridge units, they really need upgrading to one's with doors.The new staff are really friendly, always chatty, which is nice.
