“A welcome oasis in a somewhat isolated location(unless you have transport) Very friendly staff, and a reasonable choice of snacks, including family bakes. From what I saw the ice cream, made on the premises was also a big hit”

“I love this shop. often where you cannot get something like for example apple cider vinegar In other shops I can get it there and at a very good price. Theyre frozen fish is also nice. You can get nice fruit there and some items from the fridge. For my dishwasher I buy salt and some other everyday chemicals like shower gel I get there too. they are very good price. This shop Will not disappoint you.”

“The Indian Store may be small, but it's packed with unique products, from exotic spices to traditional Indian snacks and sweets. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the store has a wonderful aroma. If you're looking for something new and different, the Indian Store is definitely worth a visit.”

“Located right next to the bus station, so I stopped in to pickup some snacks for the day on my way to Urquhart Castle & Loch Ness. I was surprised how good the prices were for a "specialty" grocery store. Will definitely be going back to there!”

“Sorry I do not know how this review was made - I did not visit your shop nor did I review it so there has been some kind of error. I have given 5 stars as I heard about the good work you did for Ukraine last year and was very impressed. Kind regards Brenda”

“Typical Aldi. Like them or hate them. There consistent in what they sell and the prices are cheaper than others for what they sell. If you want more choice use another supermarket. This one does have a few Scottish goods.”

“Pretty standard Home Bargains. Bit smaller than some so not as wide a range of stock, not much fresh stuff like you tend to see in others. As it's close to the centre you have to pay for parking, which is a shame. I personally won't be back to this 1 as there are other larger discount stores that also have free parking.”

“Love this shop. I love the selection of organic and local/regional products. I love the format of a customer-accessible warehouse with just some of the smaller types of products shelved in the shop space up front for easy comparing/selection. I don't know why there aren't more shops set up this way, but I'm so glad this one exists.”

“Friendly staff of well stocked shop. Masks, as expected, are mandatory, but the well mapped out one-way traffic route system is not so strictly inforced. Surprising what can be found in this little treasure trove of snacks, drinks, and what you need.”

“A very nice little shop that carries just a few food items from Africa and the Carribbean that made a 98 year old Mum very happy to taste some food from Barbados. For me it was a long drive from Brora to Inverness just to get okra because no-one in between sells it!!! ”

“Scotmid Coop, be sure to leave your membership card in your wallet/purse. On producing mine I was abruptly told they don't except them... silly me, given the coop bags, coop produce etc in the store!\\nCracking convenience shop, with a nice selection of warm \\u0026 cold food and delicious cakes! On the occasion I was in, other shoppers and staff actually abided by the COVID rules, quite refreshing. I'll be back without my card ?”

“After their refurbishment the other year they didn't really look much different other than having doors on their cool cabinets, although the aisles must be much wider. Otherwise a typical Aldi branch. Still can't help thinking it seems the poor brother of the branch on the other side of town though. There's been some more building work going on by their door but what for, is not obvious.”

“Home delivery. The Manager went over and above to make sure I got my shopping, he delivered a missing bag to me himself. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness.”

“This is a great source for travelers. Frequently we get their mail deal.... Which includes: a main (sandwich, salad, pasta, pocket, sushi, etc) a snack, (fresh cut fruit, chocolate bar, crisps, fresh veg, olives, etc) and a drink all for a low low combination price. Which is a lot lower than if you buy the things separately. It makes a great picnic. Or a quick lunch? They also have a large selection of fruits and veg so it's easy for us travelers. It's also a great place to buy your shortbread cookies and chocolate bars instead of the souvenir shops.”

“Honestly, it was next to our vacation accommodation and it did the job ?Reasonable choice for a neighborhood convenience store and the prices are fair.Of course you can find cheaper ones but frankly it's okay. They sell cigarettes there and there is an ATM.Small parking lot outside with around 10 spaces I would say.”

“Needed gas and were starving (so few places in the UK are open early for breakfast! LOL) so we ate at the café inside. We had a solid little breakfast of haggis and egg sandwiches. Happy to report (having had similar all over Scotland) that they were pretty good. And a GREAT value!”
