“It was 5:30 in the morning and was staying at the Corriegarth hotel, had run out of the milk and sugar sachets in the hotel room, usual story. No hotel staff around that early, so Googled shops nearby and found Crown Stores were open, and only 125 yards away. If there was ever a time when the description "convenience store" was appropriate, this was it. Happy helpful staff, and the store looked well stocked. Would recommend.”
“This is a great source for travelers. Frequently we get their mail deal.... Which includes: a main (sandwich, salad, pasta, pocket, sushi, etc) a snack, (fresh cut fruit, chocolate bar, crisps, fresh veg, olives, etc) and a drink all for a low low combination price. Which is a lot lower than if you buy the things separately.It makes a great picnic. Or a quick lunch? They also have a large selection of fruits and veg so it's easy for us travelers. It's also a great place to buy your shortbread cookies and chocolate bars instead of the souvenir shops.”

“Honestly, it was next to our vacation accommodation and it did the job ?Reasonable choice for a neighborhood convenience store and the prices are fair.Of course you can find cheaper ones but frankly it's okay.They sell cigarettes there and there is an ATM.Small parking lot outside with around 10 spaces I would say.”
“The overnight stay was better than expected quite honestly. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and best of all it was very quiet which was conducive to a good night’s undisturbed sleep. Breakfast was extra which we had, there was a choice of Scottish, English or Continental. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant.”

“Spend over £40 and you get a free car wash. The only disadvantage to the free car wasch is that the queues at peak time are very long. You need to be very careful at this garage since cars use both sides as the entrance and exits therefore it can get a bit congested. The shop is really good for last minute purchases or snack attacks. The staff are young but friendly and helpful.”
“Exactly what this American tourist needed on a Monday late evening. When I arrived into town, I had eaten pretty recently and decided to forego actual dinner. Bad idea after enjoying a pint and the tiredness sinking in. Luckily, this store was a short walk from my flat. My husband and I both were able to find what we craved (snacks, beer, milk and haggis for breakfast.) Great selection in a small location. Staff was friendly also.”

“Friendly shop on petrol station.Available fresh Costa coffee machine, fresh shake machine, bars, snacks, drinks, sandwiches, cakes, ice-creams, donates, goods for drivers, lottery.The cost of cakes and ice creams is unreasonably high.In this shop i got my first twix covered in white chocolate and Buchanan fudge covered in milk chocolate. It was really tasty. Thank you.”
