Ill-mannered, impolite, discourteous, and even racist staff — including the manager — with a rotten attitude! I hope you’re happy with what you’ve done to my wife. Your apology is not enough after I confronted you. The way you spoke and handled the situation made me seriously question how you even got that position.
This place is mental ? 1 changing room with shower curtain door for a massive store! No bags left oh and I met the lovely store colleague with the purple/red hair. She is a delight.

Staff singled out a hijab-wearing customer while ignoring others when the security alarm went off. Manager responded to my concern with shouting, foul language, and threats. No professionalism, no fairness — just hostility. Deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
