“Unlike its clothing counterpart Next Home is mostly a quality affair albeit at quite high prices.

This unit is vast and spread over two floors. Covering everything from sofas, lighting and kitchenware. Whilst not the most logical layout it is clean, bright and tidy.

Have shopped here previously and the staff have been really happy to help.

When I visited, the shop was extremely busy - but the efficient staff remained calm, smiling and helpful. Although staff were working non-stop, there was no sense of rush or hurry. I selected 4 pairs of shoes for the family. Harry, Christopher and Eleanor were so helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. A slight ordering glitch (no fault, just 'one of these things') resulted in the staff doing everything they could to put things right. You won't get this service online - a visit to this shop is highly recommended.”

“Lyndsay is a fantastic helpful employee. I have been in several times and have always thought of her to be friendly helpful and to go above and beyond to assist me. She is great at adapting her communication skills to suit the customers needs( She always takes the time to speak to my autistic daughter in a way appropriate to her). I broke the left side of my left foot in June and am looking at a possible amputation due to several complications. As a result my left foot is badly swollen and a size 7 and my right foot is my normal size 4. Lyndsay without any judgement assisted me in getting a few pair of shoes without issue with the two odd sizes. To actually have a pair of shoes without any issue (albeit different sizes) has meant so much to me. Finding the different sizes of shoes even though it took a while didn’t faze her at all.”
