“I like decathlon in general as it has a great range of products however having just made some large purchases in this particular store - I was very satisfied with the level of customer service received from tye initial enquiry right through to purchase. “Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service I received yesterday from the JD sports team Buchan Street Glasgow, just outside the concert hall. I was heading to the concert hall for my son's graduation the weather was awful and we had been travelling for several hours to get there resulting in my feet killing me in my heels . I knew there were so many steep step to get to our seats ? I needed comfy footwear but what wouldn't look rediculous with my 50s style outfit?? JD to the rescue fabulous converses that looked cool with the dress, staff that helped get the shoes while I stood in the large queue to save me time ,showing me where I could change into them and finally a lovely staff member running up the stairs to spray protection onto my new converse to protect them from the heavy ?️ ❣️”

“Brilliant wheelchair access and they even have specialized wheelchair changing rooms! And a lift as well so you can get to the level you want and very spacious displays so it's easy to navigate inside the store and the staff give you the sense that they genuinely care about you no matter how much you are spending! You could be buying a pack of socks and you would get fantastic rapport with the staff! Definitely worth a visit, wheelchair or no wheelchair.”

“Decent sports store with a good variety of brands and kit. In saying this they didn't have what i was looking for though it was available online. The only issue was that i wanted to pay by gift card however you cannot order from one of their brand partners like Adidas if you wish to pay this way. I cannot understand why and actually contacted their customer support who just said it was in the terms and conditions whilst sending me a link to them. That's the last gift card i'll purchase for JD Sports.”

“I just want to say a big thanks to your staff member today, though I sadly didn’t get her name. I was in your Silverburn store around about noon today and my little boy took an almighty meltdown (not related to your shop or experience). It’s really not like him to do this and I was trying to calm him all the usual ways none of which were working. Your member of staff was amazing, she came over and asked how she could help. She helped me get my little boy into his pram which allowed me to calm him properly. She then distracted him to help keep him calm too. I’m sorry I didn’t get this staff members name but she will know who she is. She was a stunning lady with auburn hair and she mentioned she also had two children. Lovely lady if you read this: Thank you so much. Those moments can be frantic and while others look on with disapproval you were there and did exactly the right thing. JD: give this lady a raise! Her customer service skills are outstanding. ? PS. My little boy was absolutely fine afterwards and happily finished his Flump ?”

“Good shop for trainers at reasonable prices. This is usually busy and staff are always running up and down stairs to get your trainers to try on. Just as well they're young. Staff are always helpful and pleasant.”

“Didn't buy anything but TONS OF OPTIONS available from almost all brands.A total of 3-4 floors and all of them had different items.I am not too knowledgeable about active wares, training shoes, etc. but I think they were all cheap.Ground floor had the cheapest deals of active wear.”
